The long-term goal of the survey is to examine the functioning of the health system according to a number of parameters: care experience and satisfaction with the service level; trust in the system; accessibility of health services; patterns of use in primary and secondary medicine; and the use of remote medical services. The current survey was conducted during the Iron Swords War, and therefore additional metrics related to the provision of health services during the war and to mental health were added.

The objective of this study was to examine the implementation of the Director General's Circular by the health plans[1] and its impact on digital accessibility of mental health information for service users.

The goal of this study was to examine the trends in the use of the system of child development services and in the number of children with autism spectrum disorder or with somatic disability that were diagnosed and treated during the period preceding the reform, with a focus on the situation on the eve of the reform, so as to establish a baseline for monitoring changes in the wake of the reform. An associated goal was to provide insights about the views of senior professionals in the field of child development (hereinafter: directors) regarding the changes that took place in the last decade in the system of child development services and the 2020 reform in the system.

The goals of the research were: To present the existing information on overweight, obesity and diabetes among the Arab population according to three categories: (a) morbidity and mortality; (b) healthy lifestyle habits; and (c) usage of healthcare services. To identity gaps in the data needed in order to carry out a comprehensive and up-to-date evaluation of the morbidity situation and to achieve an understanding of the situation that will facilitate efficient planning for the future.

The Myers-JDC-Brookdale Institute has conducted a formative evaluation study to assess the helpline’s ability to reach out and contribute to the relevant target population. Namely, to assess the degree to which it meets the needs of the patients and their families in routine and emergency situations and helps them cope with the illness symptoms.

The multi-year goal of the series of biennial surveys is to examine various aspects of the health care system performance: patients’ perspectives regarding their care experience and satisfaction with the level of service; the quality of the primary and secondary care services; public trust in the health care system; service accessibility and availability; and the use of telehealth services. Other issues were also examined in the 2021-2022 survey: the use of telehealth services, examined from a broader perspective; preventive medicine; home hospitalization as an alternative to inpatient hospital care; satisfaction with the health plans during the COVID-19 pandemic; and language accessibility.

In light of increasing awareness of the importance of the role of family members in caring for the elderly, the impact of this on them (such as overload and harming their quality of life) and the need to develop appropriate programs for them, the National Insurance Institute launched an experimental program. In the program, 77 short-term support groups were held throughout Israel which gave the participants support and information.
